Cherie has operated a solo real estate, successions and personal injury practice since 2015. Additionally, she works in a political consulting practice that focuses on Public Affairs and Municipal Land Use.
One of the most important issues facing the Bar today is a lack of affordable civil representation. Throughout my work with non-profit organizations like Justice and Accountability Center Louisiana and in my solo practice I have seen a significant lack in available resources for people who are above the poverty threshold but still struggling to pay the bills. I strive to offer a sliding scale of representation for my clients and will continue to do that as part of DJT Attorneys.
Cherie is a board member of the Antenna Works, an organization that funds, produces, and prints art connecting local artists and writers with audiences across the city. Cherie is also the Community Affairs Chair and an Active Member of the Junior League of New Orleans.
